Yeah, with a full hero team you should be able to blow right through the quests. I had a lot of trouble before the update, but afterwards I had very little (my team consisted of SoS and SoGM rits, an AotL minion bomber necro, an N/Rt healer, a curses necro, a Panic mez, a UA monk, and myself as an IL ele).

Do be careful about flagging when you get to the Battle for Lion's Arch, though. I wasn't my first go-through, and a couple of my heroes ran out the gate and pulled all the White Mantle. It didn't end well.

I don't even think I would take heroes next time. Since heroes are infused, the only person taking real damage from spectral is you, and your heroes will just push your red bar up so it's not a problem.
The guy is asking for help, and infusion is simple and effective.
